Woodback Vienna Lager

5% ABV- Woodback is a collaboration between Outsider and Eurisko. It took these two intellectual titans to come up with idea of putting Pecan Wood right into the hopback and running hot wort from the kettle over these chips to add the most subtle complement of woodiness to an outstanding Vienna lager. But it gets better! We used 10% home smoked malt to add another level of subtle complexity that makes this extremely limited Vienna a must try.
