Is it beer? Is it cider? It's Outcider. A wonderful collaboration with the fine people at Botanist and Barrel Cider. They loaned us some bugs, we fed them and after a little aging the product is a sensational blend of ale and cider, slightly tart, dry, and just the subtlest bit of funk. It's a great transition from cider into beer for anyone on the fence.
