5.7% ABV- Our favorite yeast sub-strain family is back for another fruit forward pale ale. The unique peach and orange notes from this yeast strain are balanced and amplified by a dry hopping of Zappa hops, a wild hop variety that has been domesticated for our brewing pleasure. These hops boast a passionfruit and orange zest zing that makes this beer perfect for a sunny spring afternoon.
