Stealing the show here is an experimental hop from the NC State hop program. It only goes by the code name 1601. It brings floral and noble characteristics to the table. Our friends at Sideways Farm Brewery in Etowah, NC shared their house Saison culture with us and the marriage of the ingredients here is sublime.
