Hoppy Brett

5.0% ABV - Showcasing primary Brett fermentation, Heritage Malt from Riverbend and dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin Hops. Notes of Overripe Melons, tart fruits, hay and a mild grapefruit bitterness. 

Brettanomyces is a "funky" yeast that ferments slowly. This beer continues to open up with more subtle flavors and notes further down the glass.
