BIG and LITTLE Stout

9.5% and 4.25%- Two sides of the same coin, these two beers are the same recipe and batch, split in two when we drain the runnings off of the mash step of the brewing process, yielding a strong and dense wort, and then a lighter and less dense wort. These beers are then boiled separately so that they get hopped in different ways according to their sweetness levels and desired character and soon you are left with two amazingly different interpretations of the same core ingredients.
