Tepachale

5.5% ABV- This wild sour ale is inspired by the Mexican beverage Tepache. usually made with Pineapple, our team set out to mimic these characteristics with the house mixed cultures we've been propagating for years. We incorporated the unrefined sugar Piloncillo to add the raw sweetness and sugar profile of real tepache. The result is a delightfully fruity and lightly tart ale with notes of pineapple and citrus.
