A 3 way collaboration with our friends at Riverbend Malt and DSSOLVR, this dark wheat is subtle, roasty, with just a hint of smoke. That is because we got together at Riverbend malt and SMOKED our own malted wheat for this specialty beer with plum wood. A portion of the proceeds from this batch will be donated to the MJF, an organization empowering people of color by providing scholarships to brewing and distilling educational programs.
