Black IPA III

6.2% ABV- We rarely revisit a style, and never do the same exact thing twice. But here we are, revisiting a cult favorite and with good reason. This time, we have a Centennial hop base but this time around a massive El Dorado and Amarillo dry hopping. There is a nuanced layer of roasted character and dark crystal malt that balances this beer out along with its decedent body.
