Belgian Tripel

8.8% ABV- Our take on a timeless classic, this Trappist ale boasts an extremely clean and champagne-like yeast character. Highly effervescent levels of carbonation bring out aromas of bubblegum and grape skin and produce a pillowy white head that defies gravity. This beer strikes a balance of mineral crispness and pilsner malt sweetness, full body and dry finish. The result is incredibly simple but equally enticingly complex.
